The House of Commons (HoC) is an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) conference set up between the players and the game designers. Held in a moderated channel, questions are submitted to designated question takers to be posted, one by one, for the developers to answer. The chat is moderated by players of the game, most often those who update fan sites and are familiar with the community.
