Mail and
You in Everquest II

Mail is sent and received using the Norrathian Express. There
are kiosks in most zones and also an express box you can purchase
for your home. You can send mail containing only text or gifts
such as items or coin.
To send and receive mail you must go to the Norrathian Express
kiosk and double click to open your mailbox. The first tab to
open is your Inbox. If someone has sent you mail a small letter
icon will appear at the top of your spell effects window and a message saying you have unread mail will
appear when it arrives, or when you login.

INBOX:
To the right of the Inbox and Send tabs it shows the total number
of letters you have in your Inbox and also how many are unread.
Senders whose names are colored green are new and unread. Senders
in grey have been read. The number of days on the right shows how
many days you have until your mail expires and disappears from
your mailbox. All mail expires after 30 days. Also, you have a limit of 50 messages total. If you have reached your limit and someone attempts to send you mail, they will be sent a notification indicating that your mailbox is full.

SEND: To send
mail, click on the Send tab to open up a blank letter. Put the
name of your recipient in the To: box and you can
also fill in a subject and body. Near the bottom you will see a
slot for gifts, and another to select the amount of coin, if any,
that you would like to send.

Sending Gifts and
Items
Items: To send a gift you can drag and drop
the item(s) into the empty gift box. There is only one slot but
you can send more if the items are stacked into one slot (such as
20 spring water).
Coin: To send coin click on the Give
Coin button and enter the amount you would like to send,
click ok and it will show the amount to the right of the gift
box.

cities;

Good to Evil and Vice Versa
The Norrathian Express will carry mail between Qeynos and
Freeport, however they refuse to carry items. Rumor say it's
because the brigands along the road will attack those carrying
loot.

68127 SP 12g 29s 74c to place in your home to use as your own
personal mail kiosk.
Special Mailing Addresses
There may be times when you find it necessary to send mail to
someone on another server... or even in another game! The Game
Developers of Everquest II realize this, and have granted us the
ability to send such mail. The methods in which to do so are as
follows:
- Guild Mail: Use the word "guild" as the
addressee and the letter will be sent to all members of
your guild.
- Other Servers: To send mail to another character on an
EQII server address as : servername.charname.
- Everquest: To send mail to players of Everquest (from
SWG) address as eq.servername.charname.
- Star Wars Galaxies: To send mail to players of Star Wars
Galaxies (from EQ2) address as swg.servername.charname.
